About the Role:

As our Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of our financial records. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable process, from invoice processing to vendor management, all while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely. Experience in the real estate lending or mortgage lending industry is a plus!

What You'll Do:

Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors, resolving any payment questions or discrepancies.
Financial Record Keeping: Keep detailed and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate reports on accounts payable activity and ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Weekly/Monthly Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on accounts payable.
What You'll Need:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, ideally in a real estate lending or mortgage lending company.
A strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
